ICE FOLLIES LENTEN ROSE
This hellebore variety has large, 3-inch blooms of cream to light yellow petals covered with burgundy flecks. Blooms begin in late winter and last several weeks. Hellebores are perfect for naturalizing in the woodland garden as their extensive root system will spread as far as allowed. These plants need winter sun, but shade in the summer, so the best planting spot would be under deciduous trees. Semi-evergreen foliage holds through winter, but tattered foliage can be cut back in late spring.
