JAPANESE BLOOD GRASS
Description
This ornamental grass emerges late in the spring. Leaves are bright green with red tips, and the red color increases in the fall. This grass seldom flowers in our area, and the flowers do not have any ornamental value. Japanese Blood grass perfers moist, well-drained soil in full sun. It is an attractive grass when planted in groupings.
