MISS BATEMAN CLEMATIS
Description
Large, satin-white flowers make their initial appearance in early summer on prior year’s stems. Each flower petal has a faint center stripe of green. Burgundy-red anthers make a striking contrast to each bloom. A second flush of flower makes a great end of the season show. Clematis should be planted where their leaves can enjoy bright sunshine, but roots stay cool, moist, and shaded.
