TOR SPIREA
Description
Tor Spirea is a compact, mounding shrub that is good for groupings or a low border. Clusters of bright white flowers bloom in late spring. Blue-green leaves turn an attractive red-purple and yellow in the fall. This adaptable shrub is low maintenance once established, and can tolerate a wide variety of soil conditions except for wet areas.
