CREEPING MAZUS
Description
Grows best in full sun to moderate shade in moist, well drained soil. Afternoon shade is beneficial. This is a vigorous, mat-forming spreader that is great to use as a cover under small trees or shrubs. It is most popular as an edging or filler between stepping stones of patios or walkways. It is also very useful in containers. Mazus tolerates foot traffic and an infrequent mowing. It attracts butterflies and is deer resistant.
