DIAMOND ROUGE HYDRANGEA
Description
Transform your yard through the season with the color changes of this compact grower. Large flower panicles, up to 15 inches long, are boldly displayed atop reddish-brown stems. The blooms open creamy white in July and age to deep pink. As night time temperatures begin to cool later in the season, the flowers become a deep raspberry red. This hydrangea blooms on new growth, so pruning is not necessary, but if desired, should be done in late winter or early spring.
