GOLDMOUND SPIREA
Description
A hardy and adaptable spirea, Goldmound Spirea tolerates drought, poor soils, and urban conditions once established. Clusters of pink flowers bloom June-July. Yellow-green leaves emerge gold in the spring, and turn red-purple in the fall. A low-maintenance shrub once established, it is a good low shrub for a border or foundation.
