JOHN PAUL II CLEMATIS
Description
The flowers of this clematis can measure up to 6″ across. These pink to creamy-white blooms have a pink stripe down the center of each petal and contrasting deep burgundy anthers. Flowers primarily in late spring from short shoots growing on prior year’s stems. A second, smaller flush of blooms may take place late season on current year’s growth. Prune late winter/early spring. As with all clematis, they are best sited in full sun, but keep the roots cool, moist, and shaded.
