LAMBS EAR
Description
Plant in full sun in moderately moist, well-drained soil. Drought tolerant. Cut back in spring and divide every few years. Avoid overhead watering if possible, and remove rotted or declining leaves. This plant begs to be touched! The wooly leaves are irresistible. Big Ears can be used as a groundcover, border, or rock garden plant, and will naturalize. Good with salvia, iris, grasses, echinacea and geraniums. Big Ears and Helene von Stein are synonymous.
