LUCERNE BLUE EYED GRASS
Description
Prefers full sun to light shade and moist average soil that is well drained. This lovely wildflower, a member of the iris family, can be mistaken for tufts of grass. The 3/4″ flowers are bright and long-blooming from spring to mid summer. Use in rock gardens, front borders, or as edging with low growers like mazus, thyme, and sedums. These cheery flowers attract butterflies, can be used as cut flowers, will reseed, and are deer resistant.
