MANDARIN HONEYSUCKLE VINE
Description
Mandarin is an attractive and vigorous vine that is low maintenance once established. Clusters of orange, tube-shaped flowers have yellow-orange inner petals, and bloom from May-August. These flowers are a magnet for hummingbirds. Blue-green leaves emerge purple, and have no significant fall color. Mandarin produces more flowers in full sun, and needs good air circulation to avoid foliar diseases. It is a great vine to have on a trellis or arbor.
