PIXIE MEADOWBRITE CONEFLOWER
Description
Plant in full sun in dry to moist, well-drained soil. It is drought tolerant when established. Pixie Meadowbright has large fragrant flowers that attract butterflies. The greenish-pink cones mature to a deep crimson. It will bloom from July to September, and should be deadheaded to keep plants looking good and encourage the rebloom. Use this as a sunny border edging, in groupings as an accent, in mass plantings, or as a very good cut flower. Pixie also does well in containers.
