SUPERSTAR SPIREA
Description
This naturally compact variety begins the spring with scarlet-red foliage which ages to deep green. Clusters of purple flower buds open pink, attracting butterflies and pollinators. The season finale is a coppery-bronze leaf color. This spirea tends to stay full down to the ground. Pruning after flowers finish blooming may result in a second flush late in summer.
