TOTEM POLE SWITCH GRASS
Description
Tall and narrow, just like its name, Totem Pole is a very versatile and adaptable grass. Its steely blue foliage and airy, late season seedheads create a striking vertical element in the garden. Planted in groups, it makes an effective screen. Mass plantings add graceful texture, movement, and sound to the landscape. Drought tolerant once established, but also tolerates moist soils. Best in full sun, but can handle part shade. Cut down in early spring before new growth appears.
