WHITE BLEEDING HEART
Description
Plant in partial shade. It requires moist, well-drained soil; good air circulation will help prevent disease. It is not drought tolerant, nor does it tolerate wet soil in winter. Old fashioned bleeding heart flowers in May and may go dormant in the heat of the summer. Cool shade and adequate moisture will extend its presence. Use in groupings or with other shade lovers like ginger and ferns, and early spring bulbs such as crocus. Deer resistant.
