DOUBLEFILE VIBURNUM
Description
The tiered, horizontal branching creates a layered look in the landscape, which is especially magnificent in bloom. Allow full spread for this plant as pruning will spoil the look. Spring brings large, showy white, sterile lacecap flower clusters. Prominently veined, dark green leaves have a pleated look, creating a great backdrop for finer textured plants. Fall color can be a magnificent display of deep red tones with dark berry-like fruits providing food for birds. A great shrub for back of the border.
