DWARF AMERICAN CRANBERRY VIBURNUM
Description
This is a compact cultivar of our native Cranberry Viburnum. It’s dense and rounded growth habit makes it an ideal choice for a hedge or screening. Flower clusters have large, white sterile flowers blooming around tiny, cream flowers. The blooming period is in mid-late spring. Medium green leaves turn attractive shades of red and orange in the fall. Flowers develop into bright red fruits that are a good winter food source for birds. However, this requires another cultivar of Cranberry Viburnum
