Description
Large, pale blue flowers with showy, cream-colored anthers bloom primarily on prior year’s stems in late spring. A second, smaller flush of blooms will take place late season on current year’s growth. Prune only dead or weak stems in early spring. As with all clematis, they are best sited in full sun, but keep the roots cool, moist, and shaded.
