JACKMANS SUPERB CLEMATIS
Description
This clematis is considered an improved version of the beloved Jackman with more profuse blooming, and slightly larger flowers. Flowers are deep purple/violet and bloom on new growth, therefore, a hard pruning in late winter is recommended. As with all clematis, they are best sited where stems are in full sun, but roots can stay cool, moist and shaded. So, plant other perennials or shrubs near the base.
