LIBERTY HOSTA
Description
Plant in shade to part shade (morning sun with afternoon shade) in rich, well drained soil. The wide jetting, yellow margins lighten to creamy white. The June blooms are vase-shaped, pale lavender. Cut off discolored leaves and spent flowers. Cut back after first frost. A great hosta for group and mass plantings and has a heavy leaf that is slug resistant. Attractive to hummingbirds.
