PURPLE DRAGONS VALLEY IRIS
Description
Soft purple flowers have deep violet veining and can rise over four feet high on sturdy stems. The petals of each flower are punctuated with bright yellow centers, creating a glowing contrast in the garden. Pseudata are a new hybrid for the iris world. A cross between the Yellow Flag Iris and Japanese Iris, both of which are found in wet areas, making this resulting offspring a vigourous grower in sunny, wet areas of the yard. If allowed to dry out, plants will be stunted and flowers will be smaller.
