SPARTACUS HOSTA
Description
Use this heavily veined specimen in the shade garden to create a textural focal point. Heart-shaped foliage has dark green centers, highlighted by narrow, chartreuse, rippled margins. Tall, lavender flowers appear midsummer, attracting hummingbirds and pollinators. Hostas need shade from afternoon sun and moist soils to thrive. Cut foliage to ground in late fall. This will help eliminate over-wintering slug larvae.
