STRAWBERRY SUNDAE HYDRANGEA
Description
This dwarf selection of Vanilla Strawberry makes an ideal choice for a hydrangea were space is limited. Panicles of creamy-white flowers bloom in mid-summer and mature to deep pink that lasts well into the fall. The spent flowerheads are attractive in the winter. Strawberry Sundae requires full to part sun and moist, well drained soils. It is low-maintenance once established. Blooms on old wood, so do not cut back to the ground. Remove spent flowerheads in early spring.
