SUMMER SUN FALSE SUNFLOWER
Description
Heliopsis provide a bright, end of summer burst of bloom. Two to three inch wide, single to double, daisy-like flowers, with deep orange/yellow center disks seem to float atop stiff stems. These make excellent cut flowers. This is a compact, mounding plant with dark green foliage. Plant in full sun in average soils and keep evenly moist for best flowering. Rich soils or too much shade will cause the plant to get floppy.
