UPSCALE RED VELVET BEE BALM
Description
Large, cherry-red blooms cover the top half of this plant beginning mid-summer. Well-branch sturdy stems allow for a second flush of flower to extend the bloom season. Shiny, dark green foliage with good mildew resistance emerges with a bronze cast and has a minty fragrance when crushed. Its taller size and fuller habit makes it a good choice for the middle of the sunny border. A great plant for the pollinator garden as it is loved by butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds.
