LEONARD MESSEL MAGNOLIA
Description
Leonard Messel is an attractive magnolia with a rounded, open habit. Fragrant, pink flowers have purple stripes in the center of the petals, and bloom in the spring before the leaves emerge. Medium-green leaves turn bronze in the fall. Leonard Messel is a great small tree to use as a specimen or in groupings. Avoid planting in wet or compact soils.
