FOX VALLEY RIVER BIRCH
Description
A compact form of our native River Birch, Fox Valley has a dense, rounded form. Avoid planting in areas with high alkaline soil conditions, as the leaves will develop chlorosis. Medium green leaves turn yellow in the fall. Ornamental bark exfoliates in shades of brown and tan. A unique specimen tree for any size yard. Fox Valley is an introduction from Chicagoland Grows. Do not prune in late winter/early spring!
