RIVERS PURPLE BEECH
Description
A beautiful shade tree, Rivers Purple Beech requires rich, moist soil that is slightly acidic. It cannot tolerate wet or compact soils. Leaves are deep maroon and hold their color into the fall. Bark is smooth and gray. This is an excellent shade tree for public areas or a large yard.
