SEASIDE SERENADE HAMPTONS HYDRANGEA
Description
Soft pink florets with a green eye and intense pink edge form huge mopheads held upright on thick, tough stems. Spring foliage is burgundy changing to deep green in summer. The thicker leaves of the Seaside varieties can tolerate heat and wind better than other macrophyllas. Flowers are long-lasting and great for cutting. Fall brings another show as the leaves change to a fiery cinnamon-red. Plants do best in consistently moist soils with morning sun and afternoon shade. Soil pH will not affect flower.
