VERNAL WITCHHAZEL
Description
Vernal Witchhazel is a dense shrub that can be used in groupings or as a specimen. One of the first plants to flower in the area, blooms may appear as early as February. These clusters of yellow flowers are very fragrant. Medium-green leaves have silvery undersides, and turn bright yellow in the fall. Fruit is a brown capsule. A good small tree/ large shrub for any size yard.
