JACOB CLINE BEE BALM
Description
This fast growing native perennial explodes with whorls of scarlet red, tubular flowers in mid-summer. You can extend the bloom season by dead-heading spent flowers. Butterflies and hummingbirds are drawn to the bold blooms. The foliage of this bee balm has great mildew resistance and is very fragrant. This plant is fast growing in consistently moist, well-drained soils, but will tolerate drier conditions once established. Makes a great cut flower!
