ROSEUM ELEGANS RHODODENDRON
Description
Roseum Elegans is a showy, dense broadleaf evergreen. Large, rounded clusters of rosy lavender flowers bloom in the spring. Glossy, deep green leaves hold well throughout the winter. Rhododendrons prefer acidic soils that are moist and well-drained. They cannot tolerate wet soils. Site in an area with morning sun and afternoon shade, protected from winter winds. The shallow, fibrous root system benefits from a layer of mulch.
