SHIRO BENI WISTERIA
Description
This vigorous, twining vine won’t disappoint with its spectacular early summer show of fragrant soft pink flower clusters. These thick, long, drooping clusters are later replaced by velvety seed pods which mature to brown in fall, creating another season of interest. Dense, green foliage is covered in downy hairs, hence the name Silky Wisteria. Provide a sturdy support for this woody climber. Wisteria will grow in part shade, but flowers best in full sun. Plants can be pruned in July to maintain size.
