WEEPING WHITE PINE
Description
This weeping cultivar of our native White Pine has an attractive crown of cascading branches. Soft green needles have good color retention throughout the year. Previous years’ needles shed in the fall. Weeping White Pine requires full sun to part shade, and does best in a location that is protected from the wind. It can tolerate a wide variety of soil conditions once established, but avoid planting in wet sites. This is an unusual conifer to have as a specimen for any size yard.
