CRIMSON KING NORWAY MAPLE
Description
Crimson King Norway Maple is a slow-growing shade tree used as a lawn or street tree to provide color in the landscape. Large leaves are deep purple from spring until fall and provide dense shade. In spring, the tree is filled with small clusters of maroon-yellow flowers before the leaves emerge. Flowers give way to purple samaras. The crown is pyramidal, becoming rounded with age. This tree adapts easily to a variety of growing conditions.
