PRAIRIE SENTINEL HACKBERRY
Description
Tall, very tight columnar form makes this a great option where space is limited. Consider this hackberry for difficult sites as it will adapt to many soil conditions, from dry areas to those with extra moisture. Medium green foliage with gray-green undersides turns an attractive yellow in fall. Bark develops unusual corky ridges as it ages. Prairie Sentinel is a selection of a North American species.
